step 1

Years after leaving spark people I have returned much heavier in much worse shape and in much worse health both mentally and physically but after reading my old blog posts I've been inspired to start walking again! So step 1 is having my shower before bed tonight so tommorrow morning I can get up and go for a walk. Not a long walk at all just to the end of my block and back before beheading to work. Just to say I did it! Maybe I will see a sufferance in my energy levels tommorrow. I sure hope so.
