Food Baby HIIT Workout - Review and Challenge

Sorry guys, I wanted to post this yesterday, but I was at the dentist with a friend ALL DAY! Anyway, this is the workout I did on Monday for the new workout challenge I've given myself. I subscribe to Blogilates, the sweet if not hyper creator of this video and a POP Pilates instructor. She's got tons of videos on YouTube that you can check out, a blog with exercise challenges and healthy food ideas, and even a fitness clothing line.
The Food Baby Workout is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) style workout and besides your body, you just need a set of dumbbells for some of the upper body work in this video. It's a short video, only about 10 minutes long, but you're expected to do it 3-5 times.
THE LOW DOWN
What You Need:
1) HIIT workout
2) a set of dumbbells in whatever weight you prefer.
This is a great total body workout that combines cardio and strength training. Anyone from level beginner to advanced can do this workout. It's super easy to tailor the exercises to their own needs and would be great to do 2-3 times a week. This workout really got my heart pumping. He perky personality might be to much for some to handle, but I definitely like her more than Jillian. I like that she does the workout with you and that she does things like burpees (not in this particular workout) even though she hates them as much as I do! It encouages me to keep going!

If you like her, check out her blog and subscribe. She does a monthly workout calendar with instructions on what to do each day of the week, like legs on Tuesday or core on Wednesday. Most of her workouts don't require anything more than a yoga mat and some space. Have fun!
