UPDATE - October 3, 2012

Wednesday, October 03, 2012

Doctor told me I'd be feeling the pain in the toes once the swelling went down. WOW! Was he right!!! I think it felt better when the swelling was there!!!

For fitness, I'm using pushups for transporting from wheelchair to chair, toilet etc. For wheeling myself around in the wheelchair I'm using low-impact cardio. I can't think of anything else that would resemble those activities any closer. Anyone else got any ideas what I could use? I'd rather be walking the dogs like I was doing!! The transporting myself isn't helping my shoulder (tears, arthritis etc) at all. Actually, every day seems to be harder to transport myself. PLUS, my right arm/chest muscles being bruised and over stretched from the fall etc isn't helping at all. Actually, that's getting more painful as well. There's not a whole lot more I can do though.

I noticed that my calorie count is way down as well - - below 1000. I'm going to have to really watch that.. I'm still having my snacks but not feeling hungry. I think I'll have a few pistachios tonight - that will help.

To top it all off, I think I have a bladder infection brewing - - didn't really need that right now especially.

Well, another day tomorrow. Must try to do better.
