Drinking my 8

Okay, so I've been really good with getting in my 8+ glasses of water a day. One big problem, my sleep is suffering. I am up every few hours to use the bathroom. Oh - My - Goodness. I start drinking water when I first get up. I find that ice water helps get my body going better than my coffee does. I drink water all day long. I think I'm going to try drinking my last glass of water with dinner. Hopefully that stops the midnight pit stops!

    emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon I start drinking my water in the morning as the first drink of the day and feeling you. I have to get up before I want to just to do that very thing! Everything comes with a price but to be healthy and rid of weight is oh, so worth it! emoticon

    emoticon for the water. I do feel for you, I have a path way to bathroom in the floor. I don't have to turn on the light. I have tried not drinking so much after 8pm. Good luck with the sleep. emoticon continued success on your journey. emoticon emoticon Judy
