Yes, its true. I haven't been on Spark in like 2 1/2 weeks, I feel guilty. But heres whats been going on.

The last 2 weeks i've been workin like a crazy person. And then after work driving an hour away to my sister to help her with a painting job. But thats been the extent of my physical activity, besides walking around at the Big E (see last blog)
I've been eating terrible and not working out.
Weird thing is... Iost a lb. and didn't gain anything.....
I watch my calories like a hawk, work out like a crazy pants, and see nothing.
I eat fried food and drink a ton of beer and walk around at a fair and lose a lb....
I dont get it....
I have every intention of getting back on track, after i take care of my sick hubby (whose "not sick" accoring to him)
I only have 24 days till my vacation and I didnt even get close to my goal :(

In other news in a week or two i'm moving to a new location for my job where i will only have to work 2 days one week and 3 the next week so I will all kinds of time off to prepare healthy meals and work out and all that good stuff and HOPEFULLY start snowboarding again when the snow comes!! always a good work out :)

Congrats on your weight loss. I think just mixing stuff up causes our bodies to lose weight. You are definitely a busy lady.
