Day 3 feeling a little better

Well after trying to start back on spark 2 days ago I got sick Monday night. emoticon It kinda put up a road block for me temporarily but I am staying with it. I will get my eating on track and then we will get some strenght training going!! emoticon I have been walking 3 time a day for 10 minutes!!! Yay more exercise than I was getting!! emoticon I am still trying to figure out what to do about the sleep goal I have set for myself. I am usually only getting 4-5 hrs of sleep a night. I am thinking that I need to adjust the goal to 6 hrs for a week or so then 7 and so on until I get to 8 hours of sleep a night. My only problem with this is my job. I am on call 24 hrs a day. Most times I don't get calls in the middle of the night, but it does happen. This morning I got a call at 5 am, an hour before my alarm goes off... No going back to sleep. Well if anyone reads this and has a suggestion leave a comment or feel free to spark mail me. Now that I kicked this bug, I need to get some breakfast, lol.

Just some final thoughts as I am eating. I have noticed a trend in my eating that I eat too many carbs but not enough fat. I want to add some healthy fat to my diet but that word "FAT" haunts me. Can't we find a better name than that. Anyway, I guess I should try adding some nuts and nut butters to my diet, it would up the protein and the fat and hopefully balance out the carbs.

    Pay attention to your body while you go through that process...do they make you feel better or not? Your body will tell you what to eat or not, if you listen honestly to it :)
