gaining weight losing sizes

I'm confused a little bit, I know is not good to go under the calories you are supposed to eat, it's a little difficult to me, but this week I won 2 pounds!!!, I lost 2 cm on my waist, 1 on my arm, thigh and 2 on hips, is too much weight gaining, or is normal?

    When I upped the strength training and started building more muscle mass, I had the same experience with gaining a little weight while losing inches. Losing cm is a great non-scale victory for you...keep it up!

    You're body fluctuates about 2 lbs a day, so it's normal depending of the time of day to lose or gain weight. Weigh yourself at the same time each day and you'll see results!
