Looking forward to Thanksgiving this weekend!

Yes I am going to have turkey and all the fixings and a piece of pie and love every mouthful. My hope is to just have small amounts so I can maintain. Wsh me luck!

    I like the fact that you are giving yourself the permission to have a good holiday dinner, yet eating smaller portions of everything. That is the way to do it! Savor each taste while eating it slower and it will taste even better. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    We had Thanksgiving dinner tonight emoticon It's our favorite meal and we have it often. So easy too. Costco sells sliced turkey breast meat, 40 calories a slice, we have two, a serving of mashed potatoes, a serving of gravy, stuffing from scratch, Lima beans, I didn't have any cranberries so I made some butternut squash with nutmeg... pure heaven. The key is portion control emoticon emoticon emoticon ENJOY emoticon
