I like the fact that you are giving yourself the permission to have a good holiday dinner, yet eating smaller portions of everything. That is the way to do it! Savor each taste while eating it slower and it will taste even better.
We had Thanksgiving dinner tonight It's our favorite meal and we have it often. So easy too. Costco sells sliced turkey breast meat, 40 calories a slice, we have two, a serving of mashed potatoes, a serving of gravy, stuffing from scratch, Lima beans, I didn't have any cranberries so I made some butternut squash with nutmeg... pure heaven.
