Slowly getting back on track!

I knew going into my WW meeting this morning that the scale wasn't going to be my friend. Last week was stressful and emotional so I turned to food for comfort. emoticon

Sure enough, I gained back 3.6 pounds emoticon

This week is all about emoticon those pounds to the curb by emoticon on my emoticon eating lots of emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon and making sure I emoticon lots of water!

Last week was just a bump on the road to my goals. This week is another chance to get it right! I can do this...I know I can. It's going to take time & patience but I'm worth it! emoticon
