BLC Weekend Menu planning

Wow, I all the intentions to posting this on Friday and update with pictures everyday! Yeah, we all see how well that worked out! emoticon

I did my planning on Thursday and Friday so here ya go! This is what my menu planning was for the past few days!

FRIDAY 9/28
BREAKFAST - HOMEMADE EGG McMuffin
LUNCH - Homemade Salad and non fat greek yogurt
DINNER - GOLD STANDARD CHOC WHEY PROTEIN SHAKE

SATURDAY 9/29
BREAKFAST - OVERNIGHT STEEL CUT OATS
LUNCH - TURKEY AND CUCUMBER WRAP AND NON FAT GREEK YOGURT
DINNER - CHEDDAR BAKED CHICKEN

SUNDAY 9/30
BREAKFAST - GREEN SMOOTHIE
LUNCH - HOMEMADE SALAD
DINNER - CHEESY BEEF CASSEROLE

MONDAY 10/1
BREAKFAST - GREEN SMOOTHIE
LUNCH - HOMEMADE SALAD AND NON FAT GREEK YOGURT
DINNER - EGG WHITE VEGGIE OMELET

I do snack through out the day just didn't include it in here. A lot of regular snacks include, nuts, light string cheese, non fat greek yogurt, fruit (not too late in the afternoon), raw veggies, fruit smoothies, pb sammie, homemade trail mix, homemade energy bites, hard boiled eggs, cream cheese w/ meat roll up, and much much more but those are the ones I eat a lot of!

I usually plan all my meals and snacks but never post em - maybe I should post on Sunday's what my weekly meal plan is! Hmm, something to totally think about (when this work week passes)!

    Looks like a super plan for sure!!! Need to know more about the cheesy beef cass and cheddar baked chicken!!! Sounds delish! Wish my hubs would be A OK w/ a protein shake for dinner!!! Sure would make my life a bit easier! Let's rock and roll this weeks challenge, baby!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon
