Personal Challenge, Day 9

I have had no internet since my last Blog. I did not log my food on SparkPeople but did log it on paper. I have not done well with my choices. I would do good for a day and the next not so good. So I am adding to my Challenge to eat healthy, EVERY DAY, for the rest of my personal challenge. I have done this before, I know I can do it again.
