My October goals for 2012

Here's to a successful October! As you know it's good to have goals, so here is what I plan to accomplish this month.
#1) Lose at least 4 lbs or more.
#2) Lose 3 or more inches.
#3) To do 1,000 fitness minutes.
#4) Buy a workout ball dvd for strength training.
#5) To eat 5-6 small meals a day.
#6) To de-stress with yoga at least once a week.
#7) To keep everything positive.
