I survived the weekend staying within my caloric guidelines . I made one mistake on Sunday however. I let myself get too hungry by skipping lunch. My husband is retired military and we utilize the Commissary every few weeks. Problem is, it's about a 30 minute drive there and back. It's easy to lose a whole afternoon shopping. It's very difficult to pack food because I have food allergies. No gluten, dairy, or eggs. It's been tough learning how to eat around these allergies and I'm thankful I've never been a big bread eater. So packing a sandwich is out of the question. Would love some ideas from the community, if you have any.
