Weekend Success

This weekend was my son's baptism and we had family in town and celebration abounds. I had multiple successes this weekend.

1)My husbands and my families don't really get along, but there was no tension this weekend.
2)I was able to get a 1 mile walk/run in on Saturday morning.
3) I tracked everything I ate; even when my plans changed. My tracker shows that I was under, but I ate a lot of locally made or homemade (not by me) foods, so it was difficult to track everything.
4) We had pizza and I had wheat crust, thin, low cheese and all veggies.
5) We went to the brewery, I had 1 beer and grilled salmon, pesto and veggies.
6) We had 2 different cakes in the house and I only had 1 slice, which I weighed and it was 1 oz.

All in all it was a successful weekend. Tonight is my first Zumba class, which I cannot wait to go to.
My goal this week is to run/walk at least 3 times for at least 1 mile and make healthy meal choices all week, including the weekend.

    Wow, you really did good! It is always hard to on track when there are so many visitors around. Keep up the good work!
