Week 1 done

At my weigh in this morning I have lost 3 lbs :). I was a little disappointed at first in the past week one has always been a bigger loss than that. But then I started thinking that this time it is more the lifestyle change and not just the weight loss.SO I am happy with the 3 lbs gone. I have been working real hard to make the changes and I know that this time I am going to succeed. I have more support from my husband he means well but at times he doesn't have a clue about calories. I am sticking to the same plan this week and keep heading in the right direction.

The weekend was a little rough but I kept up my will power and stuck to my plan and didnt stray too far and when I did I made up for in other meals.

So here is to week 2 success :)
