Still only 1.5kg to go!

Well a month later and I'm still the same weight! Another plateau it would seem!

So time for a change -
1) I've stopped doing Jenny Craig - it was great doing this for a while. Taught me a lot about portion size. But I'm sick of their food now and am ready for some clean stuff I make myself. Although it was great not having to cook when I got home from work.
2) put some strength training back in my week - I haven't done and weights, or co exercises for ages, so need to start back doing that again.
3) maybe walk the dog twice per day
4) break out the fresh food, lots of veges and fruit, simple meats on the BBQ (now that summer time has started again), wholesome grains, and all in proper portion sizes.

But all said and done, if I don't achieve my goal weight and just stay where I am now, I will be happy enough! My clothes fit, I feel great, I look good and like one of the ladies at work said, she thinks I look a fabulous weight for my age! So it's all good!

    Pretty awesome Karen. I have 16 pounds to go to reach goal weight and got sick and tired of the plateau. Fixed this by fasting 20 hrs twice a week. Can still eat every day, start at 5pm one day and finish at 1pm the next, two times per week. This is getting easier as I get used to it...am in Week 3. The weight is starting to drop again, woo hoo! Just thought I'd share that, as one idea you may like to try.
