I lost 5 pounds this week and I am super excited! I stuck to my calories, I exercised and I didn't go overboard either way. I know that my weight loss will slow down, but this is incredible! I am so glad I kickstarted my loss this way :)

Augh I am incredibly happy! I was so worried, because this week has been rather easy for me! And I even went out to eat twice. It's easy to know what to eat if you research first :)
