Amazing how a new haircut makes you feel!

This week has been ... okay. I've been snacking quite a bit more than usual - stress, boredom, etc. It's been healthy snacking, but even healthy snacking can be counter-productive if you snack too much. This past week has just been insane at work - super busy and I'm not feeling in control. Eating, or snacking, makes me feel like I'm in control, and I think that's why I've been snacking so much: I haven't felt in control at work, so I take control by eating. It's something I can control. It's also that time of the month (sorry for the TMI) and I always seem to snack more during that week.
Was in kinda a rotten mood this a.m. and I decided to finally get my hair cut. It was pretty long; almost down to my lower back, but now it falls right between my shoulder blades - love it! Needed a change and new style. And it makes my face look smaller!
Just for kicks, I weighed myself to see if losing all that hair lowered my weight - not even an ounce. Still at 145. So, YAH, I haven't gained, but BOO, I haven't lost.
Bright side, my elbow is much better now, no twinges of pain or anything, so I'll be back to strength training Monday!
