    Hey, you are not by yourself, about being tried. The cold really got me down. Now I have to get started over with all the classes that I was doing with exercises. i noticed that when I started out within two weeks of the exercises I was really tired all the time. I pushed it pass the third week and it really got better. I was really having to push myself to do the exercises. Then I really, really started feeling so much better because of all the exercising. OH! NO! Now here I go again. I have been out for a whole week and I sure hope I can get strength back sooner than I did before. I am "self-talking" myself into Monday morning already. Think of me Monday,.PLEASE ! You hang in there. It is going to get better. You will see a new you , pretty soon.
