I have been wanting to try overnight oats for sometime now. So why not now!! Perfect timing for the BLC Weekend challenge!!

1/2 Cup steel cut oats
3/4 cup milk - I had to use 1% tonight - out of skim and almond
1/2 cup Greek non fat vanilla yogurt (I used Danon GREEK Light & Fit)
Dash of cinnamon

Tomorrow I plan on topping it with sliced banana, a dab of honey OR maybe some sliced banana and some sugar free strawberry preserves with a sprinkle of truvia!!

I thought I saved the screen shot of the nutrition but I guess not..poooey!
