Lose 10 lbs.
Eat a low carb controlled diet
Exercise (physical therapy for now 2days / week and walking ½ hour a day)
Tuesdays are soccer practice so I can walk the "strip" of the driveway and around the parking lot while she practices. When she has Friday games I can ditto that. Other days I can walk the mall or grocery store.
Clean my kitchen
Work on it for 15 minutes every day
Have my niece come over a couple weekends to help with heavy cleaning (I’m limited to 20lbs and zero “strain” on my back or neck.
Reengage in my crafts/art
Make 1 ATC for Sept swap (okay this is really a Sept goal but I haven’t done it yet so… close enough!)
Pick out photos for my sister’s Disney scrapbook (Christmas/bday gift)
Pick out photos for my brother-in-laws scrapbook
