vacation ,Spain :D

As many of you know , I just returned from a rather long vacation in Spain .Unfortunately my first week at work came with three 24 h shifts , today is the second , so I didn't have time and energy to blog about it. I'm not even sure if I can upload pics with this poor connection but I'll try.
It was absolutely wonderful, maybe not as beautiful as northern France and Germany (I mean the towns and houses cause the nature is beautiful) but it had an out of this world atmosphere . Everybody was relaxed and enjoying life, drinking coffee in cafeterias, drinking wine or sidra and chatting on terraces ,eating out real food at a pretty low price, families with the kids and the elders .I saw a lot of elders on the same terraces , chatting , or walking their dogs (they had tons of cute dogs) or just walking. I don't know about you but here almost nobody is just walking. They are all running errands , take walks prescribed by the doctor or are checking the stores and the farmers market . the food was much cheaper than here which is not fair cause our income is about 5 times smaller if not less. ugh , I can't put in words the feeling I had there and I don't say they don't have any hardship or worry but it didn't seem to affect them much. ook, now some pics from Oviedo, capital of the region Asturia :

oh, and same thing , huge portions, those casseroles are one person's portion , and if you are not full they bring you another one. the lunch consisted of 2 such dishes and drinks at discretion
