Fear of weighing in

I have a weigh in later today and I am terrified.
A summary of my week seems decent in terms of dieting, so I am expecting at least a little weight loss.
But I never know what to expect because I cannot stand fixating on calorie counts. i simply make sure that I eat healthy and simple food. As much as I can I exercise.

I just wanted to share a little worry.
I don't know who else to address to.

    We all have to continually remember that the scales is not then end all. It is also about inches lost, how we feel physically, how much more energy we have and what goals we have accomplished. You can do this!

    You are right, I just did it and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I did not lose as much as I wanted but I lost some so I am glad.

    I really feel weigh in s are the report of my week and how I balanced my diet and exercise that week. So you are right if I gain at least I will learn from it and rehabilitate my habits accordingly.

    Sometimes, I feel the same - but I just do it! Whatever the results are, I still do my best to keep doing my best!
