Personal Challenge, Day 5

I am now at the end of my personal challenge to log everything I eat, every day, good or BAD. I have successfully logged everything for 5 days now, well I forgot to put in 5 Almonds and 3 Mini rice cakes. I did not do well with what I ate yesterday or today. Yesterday I went to the movies with my daughter and today I do not feel well. But all in all I was ALWAYS under my maximum calories and went over just a few grams on fat 2 days and carbs a day or two.
Along with logging my food I have found myself doing more exercise. I have been on my stationary bike more this week and have done more strength training.

I know I got this.....
I will Blog again in a couple of days.....

    The positive here is that you are still making the committment to yourself in a positive way. Self-honesty is the hardest thing to challenge and you are oing it head-on! Be proud of that huge accomplishment.
