This was a crazy week for me as far as my appetite goes. i felt hungrier more days. I wasn't sure if its the DARKER and colder days of fall, shifting me into storage mode? (as if I need to store). or If it was psychological with the new treats all around the grocery store (which I end up at like 4 times a week) that were subconsciously triggering that craving for more food and treats during this "comfort food season"..
In any case, I know I ate more fruit, (trying to curb the hunger, and a little more at some meals too. and a few times had a night time Shakeology shake. I wasn't bored. Though i had a few nights i was bored. i just didn't give in when i was just bored. lol I know the difference but something was triggering it. . So, with that being said, I felt like I was scrapping to hang on to the 156 from last week.
Today I weighed in at 154. 5. that was shocking. lol BUT, i'll take it. (who wouldn't right?) lol
I felt like my size 8's are fitting better. So i was right. OH! and the cutest perk of all this weight loss, happened yesterday. I met up with my friend and her girls at the movie to see ice age for her 9 year old's BDAY yesterday, and she (the 9 year old) ran up to me and said, YOU got skinny! (and gave me a big ol hug) and said REALLY SKINNY! haha. so cute! made my week. :)
it was the outfit i'm sure. i'll post a pic. i took yesterday. I actually have had the t-shirt and coat since 2006. when i was about 157. for a couple months. lol anyway, i didn't get a lot use out of it so it still looks good. and i liked it so i never got rid of it yet.
feels good to get back in it. :) I have looked back at pics from that summer and that outfit, with fondness. lol
so, i NEED to get back to my cardio. i thought today was the day but other things came up, so not sure if i will get to it yet. I do massage 3 days a week, which burns calories but its not cardio.
i do count it as equivalent to tai chi. but given the choice. i wouldn't be doing 220 minutes of tai chi in a day. lol but i'm in constant movement, centering my core and applying pressure in squat and lunge formations pretty much the whole massage.
i can see my ab shadows in the mirror through the fat and with some imagination. lol but i know i will one day have nice abs if i can get to ST and cardio again. lol
so, that's my story this week and i'm sticking to it! Have NO IDEA how i lost a pound and a half but i'm happy for it!
