This morning, I decided to go easier on myself. I'm trying keep a perspective on food - it's just fuel for my body. Not a reward, not a comfort, not a celebration, just fuel.
I have a health coach that I work with that suggested having some type of a reminder that will help me stay focused on my goals. I've used a rubberband in the past. I'm going to look for a leather string bracelet that I can wear all the time, even in the shower, to remind me that my goals are important to me and when the going gets tough, to switch my focus on something other than food.
I'll keep ya posted how I make out.
