Getting Serious About the Supreme 90 Day Workout !

So, I've had these workout DVDs for about a month now. I've tried a few of them, but have only made it through a few minutes before giving up. They are sooo hard! But, I decided yesterday would be the first day I was going to really try to push myself and get all the way through the workout. Yesterday was the "Chest and Back" DVD. Oh my gosh... Even though I've worked these muscles out before, I've never had them sore like they are today! I mean, my lower back feels ridiculous from doing those Superman-like moves. I can barely wash my hands today. I try to put them together to lather them up, and my chest muscles are so sore that it hurts to lather. Then I bend over to rinse them, and this makes my back hurt! lol I'm in AGONY, but am so proud of myself for making it all the way through the workout yesterday. Today I did the "Tabata Inferno." (Today was supposed to be the "Ultimate Ball" workout, but I skipped it since I don't have a stability ball.) I was only able to make it through 20 minutes of the 37 minute workout. Still proud of myself for working out considering every muscle in the top half of my body has been screaming at me all morning. Tomorrow is a rest day (thank goodness!) then it's on to more upper body torture in the form of the "Shoulders and Arms" workout. I'll keep ya posted. :)
