The last few days have been an uphill climb, but I'm doing it! Last night Mike and I went for a run. It was a pretty pathetic time....but I did it! THEN I did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred....well, ok, I did half of it :) But I had to struggle through that much, and then did ab and leg floor exercises during commercials. AND I did very well eating wise as well.
So today is another day, and I woke up excited about it! My abs are a bit sore today, which I am loving, and tonight is arms/upper body night at the gym. I'm trying to stay away from the scale this week, and hoping to see good changes next week!
