If anyone is interested - workout routine from my body conditioning professor

Last fall, I took Body Conditioning for my PE credit. My instructor (the softball coach) loved kicking our butts in class, and this particular routine always left me sore for a few days. She gave us the routine on a little sheet of paper for future reference, and I just found it when I was cleaning! Here it is - we did 2 sets of each

(Warm up) Jog outside for 5 minutes
Side to side lunges (she usually made us do these on our tip toes) - 20-25 reps
Wall sits - 15 seconds both legs + 15 seconds one leg crossed over the other + 15 seconds both legs again + 15 seconds opposite leg (OUCH.)
Plank - 30 seconds
Side plank - 30 seconds on each side
Toe raises - Feet pointed straight for 25 reps, feet pointed out for 25 reps, feet pointed in for 25 reps
Push ups - 20 reps (still doing girly push-ups :( haha)
Lunges with hamstring stretch - 20-25 reps
Crunches - bicycle, reverse, double; we did a lot of combinations - 25 reps

This class put me in really good shape, and I miss it!
