Right now I feel like a wide body jet circling around a location waiting on clearance to land. I am stuck. Technically the definition of rut is " a long deep track made by the repeated passage of the wheels of vehicles" so this is where I find myself; stuck in a rut. Repeatedly starting over and finding myself in the same situations. Time to peel myself free. Stop circling and land. I need to complete something so.. 1. Drink water
2. log into spark people
3. Make grocery list for store
4. Execute plan
I am coming in for a landing--

Safe landing! Good thing about ruts: they're comfortable, allowing you to line up all your motivation and resources! You're ready and you've got a good plan. Baby steps like these will get you over the humps / grooves of the rut. How can you make your plan special: water in a fun glass? SOmething from the grocery store that is healthy, you love and you rarely buy like kiwis or greek yogurt instead of the cheaper store brand? I also urge rewarding yourself! I logged on to SparkPeople today, so I'm going to light my favorite candle? I cheered on someone else, so I'm giving myself a sparkgoodie? emoticon emoticon Didn't find any emoticons with the flag people to guide you in for landing!

The runway is clear to land DebbieG1232.

Good short term plans, follow them and you'll be hitting the runway in no time.

    Good luck emoticon
