Well, today I weighed in at 202. Seriously so mad at myself for wasting away a month!! I could have and should have done better this month but I still struggle. I have done a bit better about running and am trying to use the Couch to 5k program again and we are on week 5. Curves has gone back to 3x a week and Zumba only 2x week. Soccer games have a been a nightmare for me. I love to go and watch my nephew but with it I am missing work out time and typically eating stadium type food (nachos, popcorn). Only two more weeks left of soccer so I plan on bumping my workouts up again in October.

Also, I have decided to do 100 goals in 100 days (Sept 23rd to Dec 31st) and will be working toward crossing off that list in the next 3 months.. lots of fitness and weight goals. 3- 5ks, 3 weigh ins- zumba & curves goals, and to be in the 175-164 range (164 is loooking more and more UNrealistic as each week passes and I am stuck over 200). Can't wait to break through to onederland and get a good solid weight to stay there.

As for finances, I've put most of my money in savings this month because of some uncertainity at work. I will pay off everything in October and get the cruise booked too. With 98 days left until the end of 2012 it is CRUNCH TIME!! BRING IT ON!!
