Well today was my rest day. So that's what i did with the exception of my mile walk. I did good. I stayed within my calories even though i had a small snacking binge. For supper we had tacos. They were delicious. I love how i can still have food i love in a healthy way. I used lean beef, and lite sour cream. I went easy on the meat, cheese, and sour cream and loaded it with veggies. I think the biggest reason i never stuck to a diet before was that i was always hungry and denied myself the stuff i loved. I realize now that i don't have to go hungry and can have everything i love but in moderation. I'm learning to turn away from food when im just bored and do something active instead.
