NuGO Slim Bars! - A MUST TRY!!!

Monday, September 24, 2012

I am not the type of person who does any product endorsements But i have discovered this product over the past weekend while shopping at Whole Foods on Cambie Street and I have fell in love with this bar!

Its called NuGo Slim Bars: (Here's the Skinny)

Real Dark Chocolate. Real Delicious.

without using maltitol…that is the NuGO SLIM difference.

For years our customers have told us that they wanted a low sugar, high protein snack without the artificial sweeteners and sugar alcohols found in so many other diet products. This is why we created NuGO Slim, the revolutionary low sugar bar! It contains REAL dark chocolate and no maltitol, a sugar alcohol that causes gastric distress and a bad aftertaste.

At NuGo, we wanted to give our customers an all-natural option without sacrificing taste – so we sweetened NuGO Slim with a natural dietary fiber, chicory root. Then, we dipped NuGO Slim in Real Dark Chocolate which only adds 2-3g of sugar, but makes all the difference in the world when it comes to the taste. - NuGo Slim

I tried Both the Chocolate Brownie Flavor which wasnt my fave and the Raspberry Truffle (WHICH I LOVVVEEEE!!!!). This Product is a bit on the pricey side but is well worth the $27 per box of 12 bars!!! Your health is Priceless so remember that!

Each Raspberry Truffle Bar has only 180 calories and 17g of Protein. There is 7g of Fiber and only 2g of Sugar! NICE and the Raspberry taste is great! It is ther perfect afternoon snack for me within my Snack Budget and great with a nice coffee! WOOHOO!!!

Here is the Nutrition Info u need to know!!!

and here is how they stack up against some of the other so called bars on the market rigbht now!!!

THEY ARE ALL CERTIFIED GLUTEIN FREE (and have 2 Dairy Free Flavors)
Now that ive have pimped this product enough ill leave it to you to decide what u think! - John

I'll check out my local health food place. The protein and fiber make is sound like a great choice. Not a bad price compared to other "treats"

Yes The Chocolate Coating on the bars (DARK Chocolate) is the only sugar 2g!! Dark Chocolate has some great health Benefits when consumed at proper intervials and with discression used! Make sure to have chocolate products that are as natural as possible and No Malitol as to not half to deal with "the runs" lol!
