My daughter, Rachael, is such a great exercise buddy! For the past week we have been walking/running a 2.5 mile route together. We have been working on running more each time and have improved our time from 45 mins to 35 mins. She is super patient and sets little goals along the way. It is a lot of fun and I know I wouldn't be able to do this without her. Love you little Rach:-)
