I was so close, but Mr. Stubborn decided he just couldn't be bothered.
My goal was to lose 5 lbs a week, ambitious I know. But I did lose 4 lbs this last week. That’s after my amazing 11 lbs the week before.
But I’m not letting it get me down. So far I’ve lost 15 lbs in two weeks and that’s not at all bad. My goal is still to lose 5 lbs a week. I think there’s a couple of exercises I can work in that can make Mr. Stubborn take a hike with four more of his friends.
Plus at 195 lbs this week, it makes the math easier ;) I’m hoping for 190 lbs this weekend!
