Today I am starting a 8 week weight loss challenge at work. we have two chances to win the money prize (which would be nice) but really the real prize everyone in the challenge can win that is the weight loss and the better health. I am hoping that i can stick to it this time. I really need to loose about 92 lbs I am breaking my goal up into smaller steps so the end goal wont seems as long away. My first one is just to lose 16 lbs in 8 weeks (the length of the challenge). The next goal is to get under 200 lbs by the middle of January 2013. I trying to cut out eating sugary snacks and exercising more. The big part is going to be tracking my food and exercise. I wil be posting a before picture on here tonight and also posting a picture of when I was at the weight I want to be at when all done for motavtion.
