day 5

i still find it hard to eat 3 times a day i was so use to eating one time and i worry by the time the day is over i will have gone over my calories allowed its hard to find stuff to eat that i feel is low enough calorie wise to eat for breckfast and lunch and know ill have enough left for dinner. And i find eating 3 times a day hard so not sure how i would do 4 or 5 times a day. i am getting better with drinking my water granted i had to go buy some stuff yesterday to flavor it and its great and has no calories no sugar not nothing just have to find away to burn more caroloies per day

    If you eat smaller meals in a day, like 5 or 6 then your metabolism will work better. Use the nutrition tracker to help you keep track of everything that goes into your mouth. It will give you a high and a low of calories, carbs, fats, and proteins that you can have in a day. When you enter something in, it will let you know how much you have left to eat in a day. Also, use the fitness tracker to track your exercises.
