Weekly goals

Ok I am in 2 weddings one is Dec 15th and the other one is April 6th. For the first wedding I got a size 20 dress in July I was about 13 lbs bigger but it still fits, I was thinking well I don't wanna pay for alterations so I'll just maintain. But IDK about that I am really trying to be healthy right now and so if I lose more so be it, I'll just pay for the dag on alterations, because I gotta do this while I am determined to do it.

* Eat a healthy breakfast everyday not just coffee
* Bring lunch 3 times this week
* Fill my water cup a least 3 times at work.
* At home drink water
* Starting off walk my treadmill or outside for 15-20 min 5-6 times this week.
* Focus on me and making me happy! (Smile) emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Yes, I think alterations to a SMALLER size would feel great to pay! Plus you can get cheaper alterations at a private place (not the in store ones)
