I have realized over the last week and a half that even though I track all of my food, I'm still over eating. While I will look at food and realize it is probably not the best for me, I'll still decide to eat it and WAY underestimate the calories and fat, then I feel extremely guilty and sick when I track. I think the only solution is to track before I eat and then weigh whether or not it's worth it.

    It always helps me to try and plan my day somewhat in the morning so I make sure to not go over my calories. Good luck!
