A Third of the Way There

I realize that I am about a third of the way to my goal weight at this point. I’m doing pretty well with exercise and eating. We’ve had a rough 6 weeks, 3 deaths and 1 birth in the family, so I’d have to say I mostly maintained during that time. Considering it was a time of being on an emotional roller coaster, maintaining then is pretty good. Not only that but having those healthy eating habits and exercising really got me through that time.
I have a few different trackers with which I have been experimenting. I have been tracking my daily miles. I keep it on a calendar then add it up for a weekly total at the end of the month. August was the first month I completed it. I tallied it up and have walked 64.7 miles for the month of August! I am enjoying keeping this tracker.
