Sept 22 2012 new commitment

Day one of new commitment. Walked 7000 steps, ate healthy and within calorie limits, made two new healthy meals. Joined new SP 30 day challenge team to keep me motivated and accountable. I WILL lose this 15 pounds!! Today weighed in at 138.
