I did find time for training tonight

After I put Taser to bed. I got ready and did some training for the 5K race. I walked/jogged around the well lighted areas in our neighborhood. I usually do not take that kind of risk. But completing the 5K is an accomplishment I look forward to making. The twenty minutes I trained amounted to 1.13 miles. Just a little bit short of half way through the race. Ever so exciting.
