emoticon I buy Cabot's 75% reduced fat cheese. It's delicious, and I don't miss the fat.
emoticonPepperidge Farm makes wheat and oatmeal breads that are 45 cal per slice. I can have a whole sandwich for the same calories as one slice of regular bread. I've also been using sugar-free fruit spreads on PBJ sandwiches at only 5 cal per teaspoon.

emoticonDiscovered last night that leftover pea pods are great dipped in hummus for a low-cal healthy snack. You can buy snap pea crisps, but these are definitely superior.

emoticonUnless I'm looking for protein, unsweetened almond milk is only 30-40 calories, depending on the brand. It's really good with cocoa.
emoticonI recently made SP peanut butter cookies. I made small ones so that three of mine equaled the calories in one according to the recipe. I felt a lot happier about eating 2 or 3 than just one--for same or less calories!
emoticonI buy ultradark. One piece satisfies me much better than milk chocolate where the first ingredient is SUGAR.
