I have been having problems with eating again. Not staying on track. Some days I do really good and other days I do really BAD!!!! So I am challenging myself to log and track everything I eat EVERY day.... Good or BAD. This challenge will be for 30 days. At the end of the 30 days if I have successfully logged everything I will reward myself with a new piece of exercise equipment. One for balance and core strength like a BOSU ball.
I'm doing my own challenge like this too! It's been great actually -- and I've been true to logging EVERYTHING I eat, despite if it's a "good" day or a "bad" day -- 7 days down so far and 23 left to go. 2678 days ago
