Juggling my week

Saturday, September 22, 2012

Yesterday I completed my first week of working every day in over two years for a total of 28 hours. Yes I am tired. The new job frustrations are still there. There's lots to learn and absorb, memorize, and it is not in a "language" or jargon I am familiar with. I will get it. Thursday and Friday were smoother, and I left both days a little less stressed and overwhelmed.

I have walked a few days.
My eating is ok. Not what I want it to be.
I need more exercise, but I feel I can only juggle so many things at a time, and right now the main ball to juggle is adjusting to the job, an early work schedule and all it entails.

I am leaving the job at work, but I come home utterly drained. So, if you don't hear from me as usual, that's the issue.

My right hand and arm strength have improved since physical therapy.
Talk soon.
Enjoy the weekend.

It will get better once you are more familiar with what you are doing. I am glad you are able to handle that long. Even that should get better once your boidy and mind are adjusted to the Job Pat in Augusta emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
