It's been almost a month and so far, so good.
I'm learning how to eat properly, how to work out effectively and how to support other members on this site and friends in my life who are struggling with weight-loss and other issues. I've realized that I didn't gain the weight over night soI shouldn't expect to lose it over night. I am willing to do the work to get the life I want. I've lost 9 pounds so far and it feels good.
