LEAVE the guessing behind! CHANGE your guesstimates to exact measures.
75pts each day you measure and track each bite.
LEAVE the restaurants and fast food joints! CHANGE to home prepared/cooked foods.
75pts each day you avoid eating out.
LEAVE the excuses! CHANGE into workout clothes and move!
25pts per 20 minutes of intentional exercise up to 60 minutes a day. Max daily points 75.
LEAVE the comfort zone! CHANGE to a new workout.
25pts each day you make a change. New equipment, new move, new routine, new class, old move a new way, new video etc.
LEAVE the closet! Show your team you are CHANGING.
25pts each day you post your calorie intake minus your calories burned including BMR total (CICO) to your team thread. Must post total daily. Reminder, this is calculated for you if you are logging food/nutrition into Spark. Simply access the “Daily Calorie Differential” Report. WW report daily points consumed, points earned through exercise and total for the day.
