Weekly Check In

I took the above from another SP's page, and her idea of a weekly check in - not just for weight but for goals. A good idea, esp on days like today, when the scale went up.
(scale will be 1+ to 7+'s)

1) water - Lots each day, I'm a water junkie - it's my preferred beverage, other than 2 cups of coffee each day. +++++++

2) logged food - tracked each meal and snack, back on after months of not tracking.+++++++

3) Exercise - I've walked 3x and did strength exercising 1x. Too hard on the squats and killed my thighs. Haven't done the 180 minutes I want each week. I have today and tomorrow. +++

4) Education - have read lots of articles, and joined 3 SP support groups for diabetics. Ordered a glucose monitor - to be delivered any day. +++++++

5) Stress eating - none this week! Even the 1/2 cup of ice cream that threw me off re energy (see prior post) was an emotion free choice. It's been a low stress week re my call (part time pay pastor), yet stressful re learning about my diabetic diagnosis. +++++++

6) Weight - up almost 1 lb. No +'s
