Day 4 of Dog Walking & Day 3 of No DDP

First of all, I want to thank everyone for all the support and encouragement that you have given me this week. I truly appreciate everyone!!! It really has helped me tremendously this week.
Today we had to take the dogs for a walk in the afternoon. Rocky had an early morning class and decided to go back to bed when he came home. I was busy working and then had a conference call that lasted an hour and a half. I took advantage of the time and exercised almost the whole time. I peddled on my peddler I keep under my desk, I did some calisthenics, I did about 50 crunches of my version, and did a few strength exercises with my hand weight. Shortly after the call, I had to confirm appointments for our 3:00 p.m. webinar. So, we were finally able to take the dogs on their walk. We walked a little farther, because they weren't ready to go home. They are so enjoying these walks.
As for my giving up the Diet Dr. Pepper, I am doing so much better today. Still a few headaches, but not as severe. I have been drinking the sweet tea a couple of times today. That has really helped a lot. I got a lot of great suggestions for alternative drinks. I will buying a few options when I go grocery shopping this weekend.
