Fall 5% Challenge

I have never done a 5% challenge before and am excited to get started. I am also concerned about whether I can do this.
This is a pre-challenge activity, so here goes.
Why do I want to loose weight?
Get down to a healthy BMI.
I want a stomach that doesn’t bulge.
Get rid of my high cholesterol medicine.
I want to have my picture taken without hiding behind someone.
I want to live life to the fullest.
What do I want to change?
Be more flexible.
Have more energy.
Eat more fruits and vegetables.
Loose 1 lb a week.
Tame my sweet tooth.
What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body?
Won’t huff and puff so much or not at all.
Have more freedom of movement.
Be able to go and do whatever I want to do.
And list all the OTHER things that you want to change!
I want to be a good example for others
I want to have ONLY things we love and use in our home.
